Boarding
Terminal 4 LHR Economy class. 09.30 am Flight to Dubai 7 hours 10 min.
The boarding by the Royal Brunei team was efficient, families first and then rows 1 to 53. The aircraft was a Boeing 767 jet, this is an older jet but it is clean and well maintained.
The cabin crew were welcoming on to this flight.
On Board
The seating in economy was adequate (32 inch pitch with 8in TV screens). Take off was on time and hot towels were handed around which was a nice touch.
Drinks were served on-time, shortly after take off, followed by lunch. This was great timing.
Food
The lunch was a choice of Chicken or beef (both excellent) with juice, salad, ice cream and a choice tea or coffee plus cheese and biscuits. Food and service very good.
Towards Dubai we were given a sandwich, cake & a choice of tea or coffee two hours prior to landing. Food good and well served.
Off loading at Dubai for refuelling – simple procedure
Re-boarding
Excellent. Same routine as London but with additional x-raying of baggage which makes you feel secure. Hot towels & drinks.
Food
Again with perfect timing. Dinner was either beef & Noodles or Fish with chilli sauce.
The rest of the flight to Brunei was uneventful, we arrived on time for Brunei Stopover.
In Brunei Airport
Immigration was simple, took a few minutes. Baggage collection was fine, well sign-posted, plenty of baggage trolleys.

Great Value For Money, Great time keeping.
Food is excellent Seating is comfortable
A confident well organised airline, I would be happy to fly with again.
Downside smaller aircraft means additional stop for refuelling.
